We allow the accommodation of small dogs under 10kg (one dog per room) at a supplement of £20 per day in designated bedrooms. If you are planning on bringing your dog with you this needs to be pre-arranged with the hotel directly to ensure that a dog friendly room type is available. We don’t want any disappointed dogs on check-in! As a matter of courtesy to other guests, dogs are only allowed in certain public areas at the Hotel, mainly because food is served throughout our bars, lounges and restaurants. Please ask a member of the team for designated dog friendly areas. A pet bond will need to be signed on check in, along with a £50 refundable deposit. This is to cover potential damages to the room, additional charges may be incurred for damage to furniture, soiling or excessive dog hair on soft furnishings. Cats & other animals are not allowed. Guide and assistance dogs are exempt from this policy and charges providing correct certificate / paperwork is provided on check in.
Children are included in all room rates quoted, assuming that you have entered the correct number of adults, children and their ages. Please ensure you have selected the correct amount of occupants during the booking process. Travel cots are charged at £6.00 per night and must be requested in advance. Should you need for a room which doesn’t quite match the number of guests in your party, please contact the hotel directly to see if there are any alternatives available.
Parking is limited and cannot be pre booked or guaranteed, it is operated on a first come first served basis. Should the car park be full on arrival please contact Reception and they will guide you to the nearest public pay & display parking.
